1. Payments

Payment method for any country is PAYPAL:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, Maestro, through the Paypal circuit

2. Delivery times - IMPORTANT

Update delivery time as of October 20, 2022 - ACTUALLY BETWEEN 2/3 WEEKS from order.

Regarding the timing of realization, we remind you that EVERY book is handmade to order. The realization and delivery times are shown on any ad page item. At the moment it's about 4/6 weeks but it's a variable value: depending how long is the production queue at the moment your order is placed.

3. SHIPPING:

Each delivery will be made by ITALIAN POST throughout the Italian territory and by ITALIAN POST up to the border (customs) for foreign shipments, where it will be taken over by the local foreign courier.

Delivery times after shipment: the shipping times for all countries of the world are variable: 3 days up to 7 working days. Delays in delivery may be due to additional customs controls.
For each shipment, the tracking code will be sent to the customer.

3.1. RETURN / RECESSION: 

If you wish to return your purchase, this must be done no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. Shipping is always paid by the customer (shipping and packaging). Once we have received the goods back, we'll check the status of the same that:

1. It must NOT be damaged (in case of damage during the return transport, this point will not be considered); 
2. It must NOT be altered in its integrity (being books, these must not contain signatures of belonging, ex-libris, written or any other that has altered the original integrity); 
3. Once the integrity of the product has been verified, we will proceed with the cancellation of the invoice and the full refund of the book value ONLY, therefore, excluding shipments. The refund will be made through the same payment system used by the customer during the purchase.
   

4. ADDITIONAL NOTES AND CONDITIONS:

1. During the Christmas and summer holidays, orders that would be delivered in August will be shipped in September, those from the end of December to January / February.
2. We are not liable for packages stolen / collected by others (neighbors, concierge service or other). Remember to provide an address where you know you are ALWAYS available. We always send the tracking code and it is a third party service that we pay for on your behalf, therefore, under your monitoring and responsibility. For more information on insured packages, read point 4 below.
3. As an editorial brand, our editions cannot be changed in text and layout.
4. Cover customization requests: Cover customization requests must be estimated BEFORE placing your order by writing to this address: libriproibiti.shop@gmail.com. Customization requests in the order notes, without prior agreement, will NOT be taken into consideration.
5. Our books are all HANDMADE (from printing to binding) and it may happen that the photos in the catalog listings do not exactly reflect the book as it will be once finished. In fact, there may be variations in the color of the skin; being a natural product, the leather is subject to variations in color and / or embossing. The decorative elements may not be exactly like in the photos: studs and corners may therefore be different from those shown in the photo, depending on availability. The only constant feature of our books is the uniqueness of the finished product.
6. Do not ask for the translation of the books into other languages. The books are ONLY in the available language that appears in the product information sheet. 
7. Do not ask to anticipate the creation and shipment of the book on the production queue for reasons such as birthdays, or holidays in general. Production times are reported for each book, and that's the time it takes.
   

​Additional costs

Shipments are calculated based on weight. Each descriptive page of the books in this shop are related in weight. The specified weight is approximate, as they are handmade books and not mass-produced, therefore minimal weight fluctuations may be present.
The calculation of shipping costs is visible as soon as an item is placed in the cart, including a flat rate for packaging: min € 2,00 to a max € 5,00.

FOR THE EXTRA CEE COUNTRIES (U.S.A, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom)

For each shipment an invoice will be attached which certifies the value of the book (or books) purchased.
The customs of each non-EEC country of destination of the package may request the payment of an extra tax for customs clearance.
Each individual U.S. state may apply a different tax based on the country. Same thing goes for other countries such as: Canada, Australia, United Kingdom.
All these customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
